Getting rehired to coach a program that fired you. Topic

I'm likely going to get fired this season. I've put in a lot of work building this program from scratch, and would like to return. If I dropped down to 1AA for 1 season and this team remains a SIM team, do I have a chance of getting rehired to that same program?

I could be wrong, but I could have sworn I saw ginobili get fired at Auburn in Heisman and then pick the job right back up again. This happened like 3 seasons ago. I may be mistaken though.

This happened...search committee found the right fit.

Yes I (ginobili04) did get fired at Auburn and turn right back around and applied for the job and got it.
