Welcome to the blog for D1A Season 107


As I mentioned in the radio program for D1AA, I am extending my coverage to D1A this season. That means there will be periodic updates to the blog, and a radio show twice a week. In D1AA, we have used the blog for discussion and debate. Feel free to do the same here. Seeing as we are in the midst of coaching changes, we'll start this season with my top 5 jobs available.

Apologies for the random caller and the intro not working.

I am in the middle of looking at different formats to broadcast the show. The cool thing about blogtalkradio is that guests can call in.

And the fans would be so thankful! What a tortured fanbase!

I also think BYU would be pretty good since no one is at Utah. But I have serious West coast bias!

Air Force is a solid recruiting spot but it's in one of the toughest divisions in all of Wilkinson. I think the Big12 is going to get better, but for now, a good coach could get Colorado a CC in three seasons.


BYU is a solid option and almost made the initial list but the toughness of the P12 makes it hard for a new coach to build and keep his job.

Rookie
DePaul was the best gig out there. Full of good recruits and in a prime recruiting area. Also in the Big East where that division could easily be won right away.
