Has anyone redshirted a junior? If so, what was the affect on their "Work Ethic", etc. ?

And there's a chance they leave your team after the season. Not worth it.

That would be the only thing with which I would be concerned. I never really expect the engine to be consistent.

They lose a lot of WE, but by that time they have grown enough to be a starter. Also they will not leave since WIS made it to where players don't leave early. I redshirted a SR, before and he stayed for a fifth year.
