And for the NY crew... I am planning on taking my mom to NYC for her 60th next year.  Looking for ideas on some things to do while there.  Shows(Letterman & Broadway)  restaurants, places to stay, etc....  I am looking around the Aug.-Oct. timeframe.

What's the current judgment on resume length.  Are you automatically considered an ******* for having a two pager?

As long as you don't mention the fire you started and how nepotism got you the job, you'll be a quick hire.
And the longer the resume the better for professional positions.  If you fill out for an application online, they usually end up at 4+ pages.

And if they ask for a writing sample, I'd stay away from the first chapter of the book your writing.

I should get a couple of type Bs in KP. Funny thing is, Crosby finished 2nd in batting and 1st in sb each of the first 2 seasons, isnt even worthy of a type B. I will re-sign him at 4 mil. I was overloaded with average SPs and in the bullpen, so I can afford to let those pitchers go.

Hate to admit, but the cap is becoming a bit of an issue..nothing too restrictive, but I will have to let my decent RF walk instead of paying him his 8 mil +. That wil put me about 10 mil under the cap and should allow me to get the couple of complimentary pieces I want in FA and give me some trade flexibility.
