Two add on's that I would like to see.
1) Any recruit that has turned green to a school , but received no scholarship offer will turn back to undecided if no recruiting actions occur for six cycles.  Even if you make it six cycles after the first day of signings (24 hours plus six cycles of no activity).  That would keep over recruiting in check somewhat.

2)Have a recruiting option under phone calls that would be a Coach call that the school has no interest in a player (don't get the wrong idea kid, you ain't coming here!).  Make it $25 (higher then the head coach call) ....would allow a school to remove players that have started to show interest in your school.  Usually low potential higher division recruits, that might drop down if effort would be put into them....but nobody will try recruiting because they show they are committed.
