Honestly, it's a bunch of bullshit.   Just part of the Pussification of America.   I have my own business.  I send out Christmas cards to customers.   I also make sure they say "Happy Holidays" so I don't unintentionally insult anyone.     IMO, it shouldn't be an issue either way.    If 26 of 28 office workers celebrate Christmas, let them put up a Christmas tree.   The other two can simply smile and nod when someone says "Merry Christmas".   Conversely, if those two respond with "I don't believe in that Jesus ****" when wished "Merry Christmas", so be it.   No need to get mad.  Just tell everyone else so there's no issue with the Jesus-haters.
