Why don't you just show the evidence again rather than say "Yea, I showed it?"  Everyone knows you don't have a problem typing.

Here's where the war on christmas thread started getting redlined.

I moved it to a new thread.

Here's your last post on the topic in the new thread.

Here's me, directly responding to your "evidence."

Here's you, going into hiding.
I never gave up. Here's proof.*

*I know proof isn't really your thing...you know...with the whole "believing in a young earth" brain damage you have. But just in case.
See? A timeline of the debate. I responded to your "evidence." Your denial of that is appropriate considering the fact that you think the earth is 10,000 years old.
On top of that timeline, here is me directly quoting your evidence.

I didn't paraphrase, I directly quoted you.

But again, proof isn't really your cup of tea, believing in a young earth an all.

You're right, this debate has been over for a long time. 50 years or so.

Just in case anyone forgets what actually happened.

No, I'm pretty sure I won.
Yes, delusional child, giving up means you win.

Now run along and go play with santa, the easter bunny, the tooth fairy, and the herd of unicorns they all raise together as one happy family.
I, along with several other people, directly refuted your evidence.
No. You gave up and didn't realize that meant you lost, then wanted to come back to prove it and I wouldn't let you.  You can't possibly refute something you give up and refuse to address.
And you have to be delusional to believe you won a debate arguing on the side of a young earth.
It isn't difficult to win any debate when your opponent gives up.

I'm sure you wish you would have directly addressed the evidence the first time instead of playing games and trying to twist what I said. If you had done that, you might have gotten the debate you beg for now. Instead, because you refused to deal with the real post and wanted to play games and twist things, you lost any chance you had to have a real debate on the matter.

Now you have two choices: You can let that be a lesson learned and actually grow from this experience, or you can continue in your ignorance. I know you'll probably go for the latter as it is entirely your style in these situations, but for your sake I hope you may reconsider and actually learn from this.

Learning from this would mean that the next time you debate someone, you don't play games - you actually read what they have to say and respond to it.

For somebody keeps insisting that he is done arguing here, and doesn't want or need to get in the last word . . . you sure do keep coming back to argue and try to get in the last word.

Why does bis go a few days without posting, then return for more abuse?

tecwrg,

I'm just having fun pointing out bad_luck's failing to win the debate (he gave up), and failing to get what he wants (another debate with me).

I can stop any time I want, and I have done for several days on multiple occasions already, including one which I used to successfully prove bad_luck wants attention and is, in fact, the only one here who simply must have the last word.

If you don't want the debate to continue, you are free to stop responding. But as long as you do, the debate continues.

RECAP:
Bis argued that a young earth was equally as likely as an old earth. When asked for evidence he provided it here (I had to link to dahs' post, bis has deleted the original "evidence" post, luckily dahs quoted it) on December 24th.

On December 27th I directly responded to bis' "evidence." Here's that. I provided bis' "evidence" in block quotes above each response.

Bis never responded directly to that.

So I wait. He claims he can bury me with his research. He just doesn't want to...because...he doesn't like arguing or typing or something. I don't know.

If you don't want the debate to continue, you are free to stop responding. But as long as you do, the debate continues.

The debate hasn't existed at all for weeks, so it can't possibly continue. There is no debate going on except in your delusional mind.

So while you keep thinking a debate is going to happen, back in the real world, I just keep pointing out your failures in this thread.

You gave up on the debate and lost - massive fail for you.

You tried to get me to debate again and failed to do that.

You failed to convince me (or any thinking person on here) that you and genghisxcon aren't the same individual.

I conclusively proved you have to have the last word and are basically an attention seeking child.

I can point out your failures until I get bored if you'd like. If you don't want me to keep pointing those things out, you are free to stop responding. But as long as you do, I'll have fun pointing out those failures until I'm bored with it.

I don't want the thread to stop.

You argued that a young earth is a possibility. That's precious. I want everyone to know it.

How bis views this thread

bis & everyone else laughing at

bad_luck/genghisxcon (presumably the same person)

Reality

almost everyone laughing at

bistiza, except for

swamphawk, who made tentative attempts to defend him using his conservative beliefs martyr bullshit schtick, before presumably realizing that bis is a socialist

I don't want the thread to stop.

You either like having your failures pointed out over and over and/or this is just more attention seeking behavior.

Either way, the only thing the continuation of this thread is going to involve is me pointing out your failures here.

I'm the one controlling the direction of this thread, and I'm the one who is laughing because of it. Who else is laughing and for what reason means nothing because of that.

"I can stop any time I want"

Yet you do not, which can only lead us to believe that:

1)  You cannot stop, because you obsessively crave the attention that you keep bringing to yourself by returning and posting

2)  You CAN stop anytime you want, but you choose not to because you crave the attention that you keep bringing to yourself by returning and posting.

Either way you cut it, you're an attention-whoring troll.  The only question is whether it's because of a psychological disorder or by choice.
1/14/2013 2:17 PM
I choose not to stop because I'm having fun here pointing out bad_luck's failings.

The only "attention-whoring troll" is bad_luck, as I proved beyond any doubt before.

I don't know. You seemed like you wanted me to stop posting pretty bad.

But if you want me to keep going, cool, I will.

I'm still waiting for you to explain how the first and second laws of thermodynamics preclude an old earth.

Of course you don't know. If you did know what was going on, you might realize you are failing every step of the way and you'd stop.

I don't want you to stop posting. I want you to keep coming back and proving me right again and again.

You conclusively proved me right when I said you had to have the last word because you are, as tecwrg puts it, an "attention-whoring troll".

So I'll be happy to have fun pointing out your failings here until I get bored with you.
I'm still waiting for you to explain how the first and second laws of thermodynamics preclude an old earth.

Good. Wait forever for all I care, because it isn't going to happen.
