OK, this is why I didn't play the "Oh yeah, name one!!" game.
Every time a right is granted, taken away or never given, it's going to be "special circumstance". Because, theoretically, we're all granted the same rights. In reality, we are not.
Point remains. Different circumstances require different laws(or "rights" if you will).
And also why it's ridiculous to play the "hey look here's something that's not really the same, **** the gays" game.
One these things is not like the others:
Blacks can't marry whites.
Gays can't marry other gays.
Any non-resident of Nevada, New Jersey, or an Indian Reservation is forbidden by state law from opening a casino.
