This is not about what I think.  This is about what you think.

Please answer the question.

I didn't forget. I'm saying your point is a retarded circle jerk, like you. There is no "make society better" requirement for something to be legal, as you've clearly demonstrated with the all day jerk-fest autobiography you posted.

But there is a "why not" question that needs to be answered if you want to tell someone else that they can't do something.
"There is no "make society better" requirement for something to be legal"

Perhaps there should be.   Who doesn't want a better society?

I'll answer any question you ask if you answer that simple yes or no question.

Still waiting for you to explain why watching child porn in the privacy of your own home is a bad thing.

It makes the watcher happy, it doesn't affect you, it doesn't force you to watch child porn, and it doesn't hurt anybody.

Yet I don't see you enthusiastically endorsing it, as you do gay marriage, for basically those same exact reasons.

What's up with that?
Do you think viewing child porn is harmless?
Argue in good faith tec, if you think viewing child porn is harmless, say so and I'll answer any question you want.

I am arguing in good faith.  I'm trying to understand if YOU think that watching child porn in the privacy of one's own home is OK.

After all, it apparently makes the person watching happy, it doesn't affect anybody else, it doesn't force anybody else to participate in watching, and watching doesn't hurt anybody.

According to you, these are conditions which, if met, should make things OK to do.

My opinion is completely irrelevant, and should have no bearing on your opinion.

So please answer the question.

I don't think it's harmless.

Do you?

Please explain how YOU think that watching chald porn is harmful.  Who is getting hurt by watching it by yourself?

My opinion is irrelevant to your opinion, so please stop asking.

I'm not answering anything else until you give a yes or no.

Somebody is backed in a corner and can't find his way out.    Why STFU now, badluck?

And, if you're going to refuse to answer tec, at least tell me who doesn't want a better society.    And why.

Are you going to take your ball and go home now?

I'm not backed into ****. I answered that I don't think child porn is harmless.

Tec agrees that it isn't harmless (even though he won't answer the question) and yet wants to argue that I'm wrong.

Why do you believe that it's not harmless?  Who is getting harmed by watching?

Ok, I agree with you, merely watching something on a TV, regardless of what it is, is completely harmless.

If you walk into your neighbor's house and his TV is playing child porn, you watching it harms no one. In the same way that the police watch the porn when collecting evidence.

What's your point?
7/10/2013 11:18 AM
You can't say that you're agreeing with me, since I have not given my opinion about child porn.  But that's besides the point.

OK, so we've established that you believe that watching child porn in the privacy of your own house:

a)  Makes the person happy
b)  Doesn't affect anybody else
c)  Doesn''t force anybody else to do it
d)  Is harmless.

Is that correct?
