I'll try to put this in a way that you should understand but obviously won't.

There are people out there that feel legalizing SSM is bad for society.

Your opinion is no more, or less, valid than their opinion.
Is anyone's opinion ever more or less valid than anyone elses on any subject?
Sure.   I'm not going to argue the value of an up-tempo offense with Chip Kelly.   My guess is he knows more on the subject.

The problem we've got here is that some feel they "know" the effects of SSM on society.   They insist they do.   They do not.
The ones who are arguing that the effects are negative are basically saying "I dunno, maybe.  Slow down!  Something bad might happen."  And the ones arguing for equality look at them funny.
Equality has already been covered.   We are not equal despite what the Constitution says.   You can start with rich/poor and work from there if you'd like.
It was. Under the constitution, everyone gets equal protection under the law. Even the gays.
The Constitution seems to be a fluid document.   Remember slavery?

Helping poor people get/make money is a little more complicated than letting everyone marry the person they love.
To you.  Not everyone else.

Again, and I know it's hard to believe, but some people don't share the same belief system as you wrt homosexuality.

Yeah. See how it doesn't exist anymore because everyone gets equal rights under the constitution?
7/12/2013 1:24 PM
Yeah but see how it did because the Constitution has Amendments?

Yes, and some people don't share the same belief system as me wrt women, minorities, disabled people, people aged 60+, etc.

And how could the process of making poor people richer be less complicated than letting people marry the person they love?

So what? Today, everyone has a claim to equal rights under the constitution, even if blacks, women, Native Americans, Japanese-Americans, non-land owning men, etc etc etc haven't had equal rights in the past.

I've answered every question you've asked.
No, you haven't. There is this major question you have never answered:

bad_luck, ARE YOU HOMOSEXUAL?

A simple "yes" or "no" will suffice.

If one believes homosexuality is a sin, don't you think that makes SSM pretty ******* complicated to them?

So people face NO RESTRICTIONS in today's world?

I'll say this for the 1000th time, I don't care one way or the other about SSM.   As far as I'm concerned, let the gays have ****** marriages, custody battles and all the bad **** that comes with the good.    Good for them.

Just don't force feed me "Makes people happy", "More personal freedom" and "Doesn't affect anyone else" as legit reasons to do so.
If you don't care, why do you need "legit reasons" on why gay marriages should be allowed?

How long do you need to determine "no harm"?   A couple of days?  A week?  A year?

Even in biz's 10,000 y/o earth, 10-12 years is a very short period of time.
Also, someone explain to the dipshit that if you're going make that kind of argument, you need to at least offer an explanation of what kind of theorized harm there may be, and how you plan on testing to see if those fears are justified. You can't just say "let's move cautiously," as code for "let's not change anything, ever."

Also, someone tell the dipshit to stop pulling numbers out of his ***.

No.  In the same way bashing a hammer into my head wouldn't be complicated.
