I hope you're right. Those two have slowly eroded the talent on that team since they rode Marty out of town.

Can you name 3 current NFL coaches that you'd consider worse head coaches than 'ol Norv? I'm hard pressed to do so.

I don't even know who he coaches.  I figure the MN guy is horrible as is Rivera at Carolina.   Munchak is still on probation and is Allen.

Is a player's first season when he's drafted the most important time in the development pattern?  Or are the chances of developing the same in seasons 2 and 3?  I feel like Im losing a lot of development in the first 70-90 games of their careers because the LoA and Rook coaches are usually lousy

They have to be at least #4 but, talent-wise, they're down there around 10-11 with Louisville/Oregon State.   I believe everyone in the top 9 of last week's BCS rankings would put a beating on them.

Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Bret Rollins has been my best starter this season, but he is clearly pitching over his head.

Would you start him in game 1 of the ALDS, or go with a pitcher with better ratings but lesser stats?

I believe you dance with who brung ya'.    If he's been your best P, he starts game 1.  I usually go with ratings for SP2 and SP3 unless the stats are ridiculously in favor of the "lesser" pitcher.
