If you were to only have the information in someone's HBD Owner Profile, what would you be looking for to determine if it was someone you'd want in one of the worlds you Commish?

I'd look at longevity, and what percent of their seasons played that they've made into the playoffs. To me, the postseason is such a crap shoot, that making the playoffs in the first place is a better indicator than WS titles or playoff win%. Would you agree with that?

Have you ever seen a prospect this young? Geoffery Stanley.  Is this a new thing?

It's a glitch.   It was reasonably common when HBD started.   They've obviously been messing around with the engine(awards voting and now, it appears, player generation) and glitches are popping up.

Would he still stop developing after 4 seasons like everyone else or could he, because of the arbitrary age number, have steady progression for 6/7/8 seasons?

I don't recall any special development patterns from 16 y/o players.  

If I have a player with a no trade clause would he accept a trade to someone with less wins the previous year, we're in FA at the moment? 

I think there's a game or two play but, if he's 10 games worse, you're wasting your time. 

I need a right fielder next season, and I'm debating whether to sign a free agent or put this guy out there:

I'm hopin his power will add about 5-6 points and his dur will grow by about 8 or so.

Do you think I it would be a wise move to play the 20 year old prospect (and save free agent $$$), or should I keep him at AAA next year?

While I have no problem calling up a young guy because he's my best option, that guy(as he is right now) isn't much better than a replacement player.   If he doesn't have substantial development, I'd probably sign a guy in FA to a 1 year deal at the end of FA to play RF. 

I have a free agent to be, it's at seasons end. I can't resign him at the moment because my next years cap won't allow it. Will I still be able to resign him in the off season?

Jack Del Rio? Is that the best the Raiders can do? Why not just keep Sparano then?

Is there any reason to pay attention to a first baseman's arm accuracy rating?
