If I wanted a true LH specialist would it work if I set one of my guys as a SuA, set them to the 6th inning and set their pitch count to 5-5 or will the sim still find a way to F%*k it up?

To be more clear with my question, somewhere in there he had a (now) W34? No way raw is cheating. Is W34 the best you've seen when there is suspicion of cheating?

stevehoget posted a similar team not so long ago. He had a 30something win streak going too. Quite frankly, cheating or not, something smells with 30+ win streaks. I say this because, if we see someone with L30, the first thing we think is "tanker".

Were the Lakers cheating when they won 33 in a row? Was UCLA cheating when they won 88 in a row?

Depends. I wouldn't start him at SS. However, if I felt my .420 team after 69 games was really an underperforming contender and he was an upgrade somewhere, I would. 93 games is a lot of season. Throwing in the towel after 69 is kind of dumb if you think you built a contender.
