Got this guy as a extra in a trade, I've been using him, but is he really anything more then a set up guy.

Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Bob Scelfo

his durablity and health say no...but I might try him as a spot 6th starter for fun...or am I reaching here...

any  thoughts on what to do with this guy... I like the challenge of doing something with him.

I got 21 starts and 115 innings out of this guy last season

I used a 5 man rotation, but had one of my 2 LR guys start whenever Nieves wasn't ready. They combined for 19 starts. Got 31, 31, 31 and 29 out of my other 4 starters
