For coach payroll, look into who you can re-sign, and then budget what you want to spend to fill the other holes... keeping in mind that minor league coaches can almost always be had at their level salary and that ML coaches can often be had for only a little over 50% of their asking, as long as it's above the min for their position.

Fields doesn't suck, and $1.5 isn't awful if you need a COF, but he's not the run producer you can often get in RF.  Depends what you have elsewhere.

Starr would be a decent bench utility guy... except at SS and CF.  Keep him at the min. ($325k-ish)

Butera is worth keeping at any price.

Payne is purely a depth, bench guy.  OK at the min.

York and Stanley are good defensively for their positions, relatively cheap, and are fine (with semi-playable bats) if they are in the bottom of your lineup and you don't have other options.

Fetters is probably a stretch at 3.5 - only keep him if you have no other ML arms.

Velazquez is worth keeping.

Bradshaw is a bit pricey, is that a 5th-year ask?  Maybe sign LT at a cheaper per year rate.

Same with French.

Sierra worth keeping at 360k for sure.

Zavada's probably a keeper, too.  Lots of good relief IP for 5.3.

I think this would be easier if we look at the rest of the ML team BTW I think Bradshaw is asking so much cause he was fireman of the year

It doesn't make sense.

For 8+ you should be getting almost all your ML coaches back...

The screen shots don't change my advice.

Well, you explained it wrong, anyway....

You need a AA BC, and AAA HC & PC, whcih is 630k .... plus 8.247M to get the rest, so you only need 9 in coaching.

Oh, wait.  You have two 1Bs and no ML HC.

Probably still okay with 9, if you want to cut it close, but 10's fine if you don't want to bother with getting cute.
