Send a follow-up.   I think they're working backwards.

My ticket got resolved around the same time yesterday afternoon, but now I have another thats hanging out there.  I sent a follow up to that ticket as well.

I know we had the weekend, but I've officially hit 5 days without resolution to a very basic owner switch.  Not good.

Ticket was finally resolved and for what it's worth, they proactively apologized for the delay and said these should be fixed within 24 hours so hopefully that's a good sign that the past week was just a blip.

4+ days for a simple owner transfer and no response.  Anyone else having their tickets responded to?

Keep bumping it.  It doesn't make sense but they go newest first.  If it's 4 days old, it probably won't be looked at.

I just had the same request and mine was done 4 days after submission.

They made the moves today a couple hours ago...frustrating it took so long.

Support was on top of my last ticket with prompt responses and actions. maybe there is a change brewing

Nah.  I think they hit it every 2-3 days.   If your timing is right, you're golden.
