What is the lowest overall rating you've seen for a free agent who gets Type B status?

I am told that Type A/B is determined by overall rating, and it seems to vary by position. I've seen relievers as low as 66 overall become Type B. currently I have a catcher who is 65 overall, and I'm borderline about re-signing him after rollover next season.If he becomes a Type B, that'd probably make the decision to release him.

This question made me curious so I took in a look in a couple of my worlds.  I actually found a 63 rated catcher who had Type B status, so it is a possibility for your guy.
