Can't remember and I can't find the answer in the forum.

When a player has a no trade clause, at what point in the season will he accept a trade to another team?

My team had a worse record than the player's current team last season so he won't accept any trade to my team at the moment. I know there is a certain point in the season that he will accept a trade to me if my team's record is better than his current team's, I just don't remember at which point that is. Anyone know for sure?
