It's close and I already laid out why.     It's not Branyan vs. Pena O and D.    It's who plays if Branyan sits or who sits if Branyan plays.

Not that 72 innings is enough to know but Redondo seems to be closer to Pena at 3B than he is to Fick.

Redondo is proving to be a more than adequate 3B.    If Leake is BL ready, it looks like Flores goes back to 2B and Pena becomes a full-time SS.

While I don't think Pena is a disaster at SS, 1840 innings/32 errors/11 + plays/5 negative plays, he's a far cry from the numbers a GG-type will produce.
