If you have no supplemental picks, just your basic 25 picks, and everyone signs for slot value, how much total cash is required in the prospect budget?

Depends on where you pick.  There's a huge difference between 1st and 32nd.

But hey, as long as you're willing to help out: about how much would someone need if they were picking first? Or picking last? The other team I took over was formerly terrible and in fact does have the first pick... and I hope to pick last someday as well!

#1 pick slot is 4m.   It decreases by 90k be position.
R2 + R3 is 1m
R4 thru R10 is just under 1m
R11 thru R25 is about 150k

So, if you had 1st pick, you need just over 6m.  24th pick will require around 4m.

You can check previous drafts for slot money cost in the first round if you don't want to do the math.
