It's worth mentioning that we don't have any rules about the city you choose, so you can relocate any available franchise within WIS rules.  We've also been helpful to new owners in the past, so if you're new to the game and want some fellow owners willing to offer advice, give it a spin.

It is a good league with good owners. Most owners that like to trade so there is good player movement and an opportunity for everyone to improve their franchise.
