No Quitters!!!! just passed the game 150 mark and the 3 openings for next season have been filled. We were 6th in the recent world rankings.

(1) You must have a minimum payroll of 30 mil. by opening day and it must be maintained throughout the season.

(2) No ML players playing grossly out of position,

(3) Competent major leaguers at the ML level,

(4) No fatigue issues in the majors

(5) Minimum wins 54/1yr, 114/2yr, 186/3yr

(6) Maintain minors to satisfaction of other owners (while no exact number of players is a requirement, starting the season with 29 players and 15 pitchers/level will automatically meet this guideline)

(7) an owner may be given a 1 year "grace period" by the vote of 10 owners (any owner can initiate the vote) (confirmed 4/18/2010 by league vote)

(8) EVERY new owner is asked to make a 3 year commitment

Some reasons you should join this league.

  We recruit early. We start around game 120. Now some people may say why do I want to commit to a world weeks before the new season starts? I wanna play now you say.

  Well the reason is we fill before we roll so join a world that starts recruiting during the playoffs and you could wait weeks for them to fill after they roll. Here you have peace of mind that in future seasons we will be full by the time we roll. 

  While we are proud that we ranked 6th in the recent world rankings perhaps more importantly we ranked 2nd in parity.

  That 6th ranking came with a less than stellar ranking of 99 in wait time. The reason? Our old comish started recruiting during the playoffs. We don't do that anymore and we filled before rollover the last few seasons so this score will only go up.
