We still have two openings in Ripken for owners looking for rebuilding projects.  One team has the #3 pick in the draft and the other has the #8 pick.  Both payrolls are flexible and have enough talent to either be competitive in a year or two or yield compensatory picks for a rebuild.  Check the league out!
