This is a very competitive, private Major League themed world with great owners and lots of long term stability that usually fills very quickly. We typically have 4 or fewer openings each season and get scheduled quickly after rolling over.

This has been a solid franchise which has only had two owners in its history. There are several players under contract for the next couple of seasons but almost all of them are still in their prime under the age of 32. So this isn't inheriting a bunch of 35 year olds who will be in severe decline while still getting paid. This team can compete for the playoffs immediately.

This perennial playoff team is available because the owner of the past 24 seasons has decided to retire from WIS. They won their division by 14 games and return a large percentage of those players so they should have a great shot at winning the division again.

Boston is a franchise that has gone through several owners over the past few seasons and has been stuck in a rut of finishing just under .500. But there are a couple of decent prospects that are ready to help at the major league level and a ton of financial flexibility with very few payroll commitments. This team is in need of a good owner who will stick around for several seasons and put their stamp on the franchise.

This is a very good team that has made the playoffs six of the last nine seasons event though they share a division with an elite team that has won 3 World Series titles over that span. But even with that success, the minors are not barren as they have not made a habit of signing Type A free agents and typically have gained multiple compensation picks in the draft. So while there likely aren't any super stars making their way towards the majors, there is a plethera of cheap talent to fill those bench and bullpen spots that are so vital to a teams success.
This is a team built to win now and in the future which is unusual to see come open. The owner of this team did a great job with them for 11 seasons taking over a floundering franchise and turning them into a consistent winner, but he disappeared suddenly back in April without notice. We assume a real life tragedy must have occurred for him to have abandoned all WIS teams like that after years of being a dedicated owner who checked in daily. So we would really like to find a good owner for this team to continue the success that jakaitis started.
