We have three openings in Riley--one of the longest-standing and best worlds in HBD. I am offering a $50 incentive to the new owner that improves the team's win total the most over the previous season (and who stays the next season). Riley World is entering its 37th season.  It was originally founded by a group of owners who'd connected playing the Hockey sim against each other.  About a quarter of the teams are still owned by their original owners.  Most other owners have been around for ten seasons or more.

Currently four openings, the most since I've been in the world (12 seasons).  

With such stable ownership, this world has little infighting or forum drama, even though we play with no formal rules.

Six different WS champions in the past 10 seasons.

All four open teams are the kind that you can take 'em for one more run at the playoffs, or start rebuilding right away if you wish.

And as noted above, you could even win a prize.

This is a great league for vets or for new owners.

Owners are really helpful, advice is given to anyone who needs it. We have a 100% HOF voter turnout which is huge (not a lot of leagues have close to an 80%) The majors and minors are run by good owners, there has been no tanking that I have seen in 18 seasons and the league is very even. I have less then 25 seasons under my belt and I took home my first WS in season 36. Damag has been an owner for a dozen seasons and has made the WS once and LCS twice.

This league is worth getting into.

This is a great world very low turn over and a lot of long term owners.  Lots of help freely given and lots of fun banter etc on the world chat.  Though...some will have to do with hockey...Sorry about that   8-)
