What an absolutely brutal box score.

I had to try it out for myself (in my own way)  I haven't managed to steal even one game so far, but here is a good (bad) box score.  Don't know why my cleaner unit has so many misses.  Too many shots for them?:

You're doing it wrong.  You have to have guys with 100% 3pt# and nobody with any perimeter on the floor with them to make it work.  Bombers are just bombers.

Wow I didn't think this needed further explanation...slapping at appleseed, not you

Brown, West, Strickland, Beck and Ray are all 100% on 3s.  I "Clear the Bench" when I am losing by 1 point, with 6 minutes to play, and, of course, go into  3 point offense.  In an exhibition league, I put that unit with an intentionally bad team, and they managed to outscore opponents by an average of about 9 points a game during that 6 minutes.  Maybe you should try to figure out what is going on before you speak.

I'll go back to what I said originally, then:

Lol, gonna try this myself in an exhib league and see what's up...see if I can do it right ;)

I think Appleseed1's application is quite clever.  The problem with JLG's exploit as I've used it is that there's absolutely no three point threat for the first 42 minutes. Appleseed's way allows for the possibility of a decent three-point threat throughout the game, and if you're losing with six minutes to go, then in comes your mercenary bomber force that is effectively unstoppable from downtown.  If the primary rotation is chosen wisely, the potential is there for a fantastic team, I think.

I was thinking that dude just the other day.  Is he still around?  He was really the mad scientist of WISNBA, running Larry Bird at center and so forth.
9/18/2012 9:17 AM
Yep, he's still at it, and unfortunately still atop WIS's unnecessarily humiliating "Most Wins, No Championship" list.
