Looking for owners for the $40M Small Market Challenge. Also to ensure there is a variety of players, everyone selects an exclusive hitter and pitcher.

When signing up, post your exclusive players, first come-first served.

There are 30 teams ready to play in the T.O.C. at this low cap level.  And once this league season is completed, we'll have 2 more teams for the T.O.C. total of 32.
