100 does seem a bit much - after all, I think any higher level should not be attainable solely by cloning a cookies team in OLs.  Same goes for winning percentage.
This is a self defeating argument since most of the other teams in OLs are also cookie teams, therefore making OLs some of the most competitive leagues out there. I've always had more consistent success in theme leagues.

And the TrentOnJoe argument that goes something like, "I play progressives, and you can win only 51% of your games over 30 seasons and still be considered elite" doesn't fly either. You have to be significantly better than you peers if you want Legend status and the right to be naked!

Whatever U do, someone wears the 'C'op Badge around here, &
starts ticketing owners who leave pubic hairs lying around...
