your highest usage player has an efg of 50.6 which is ok but not great (and your next two highest usage guys are sub 50% efg) - it is possible(and desirable) to funnel usage to guys with much higher efg - there are 31.0+ usage Shaq seasons where he's shooting 57-58% for instance
