Unless I'm doing something woefully wrong in analyzing what needs to be done in order to be competitive, the $80 million cap is leaving me with a lot of excess cash.   That's even after I've overdrafted PAs and IPs.      Any thoughts out there?

No, the league is designed that way.  The cap should be little more than a footnote.  My team came in under $70M
