This is very ambitious. And the rules read like a text book. Is there a way to simplify all this? I don't get the concept and reading all this will hurt my head.

U enter 2 teams... 30 forwards... 12 defensemen... 4 goalies... Every forward must have a different defensive rating,
between 54-96... Every forward must also have a different name... An example = one MBossy ----& U decide which
of your 2 teams to place him on...
 
One team must draft a 96-rated forward & a 95-rated defenseman, while your other team has the opposite, a 95-rated
forward, & a 96-rated defenseman... That's how the 2 'Conferences' will be established... The Campbell will have 12
teams -ALL- with one lone 96-rated forward... The Prince Of Wales will have the 12 teams with the lone 96-rated D-man...

Each team must draft 5 forwards, 10 total between BOTH of your teams, that fall between the defensive ratings of
54-66, inclusive... That's 13 defensive ratings, of which 3 defensive ratings WON'T be used... This does mean that 2
of your everyday regular forwards will fall into this category... U also must draft 6 forwards, 3 per team, in the defensive
rating group of 67-79, inclusive...

That leaves 7 forwards still to be chosen per team, between the defensive ratings of 80-96, inclusive... Split into 2
different groups, 80-89. & 90-96... One team get 4 forwards @ 90+, & 3 forwards in the 80-89 range, again using
a defensive rating one time only... Your 2nd team gets 3 forwards @ 90+, along with 4 forwards in the 80-89 range...

There's an exception that U may bring the same WGretzky & MLemieux to BOTH of your teams... Each team can have
the high-$$$ / 80 D-rating of WGretzky, & the 59-rating of MLemieux, ---but no other forward may have that same
defensive rating... Other than that, any other forward's name may only be used once, among your 30 total forwards...

With defensemen, U must draft a different name with each defensive rating... 1 total BOrr, for example, & decide which
team to play him on... U must draft a minimum of 1 per team, of each of the following defensive ratings: 94, 93, 92...
In addition, 1 of your teams gets a 96-rated defenseman, & the other team gets a 95-rated defenseman... No other
defenseman can be rated higher than 94...

This is an extensive draft, & takes some time... So, bump...

PLAY-OFF SCENARIO & SEEDINGS... The 'BEST' No.#1 set of 'Partners' (during the regular season)
is awarded the Top 2 playoff seeds, in each Conference... Alternating by 'choice' of 'Partners' only that
you'd get the No.#1 seed in one Conference, while your 'Partner' has the No.#2 seed, behind you... &,
your 'Partner' would have the No.#1 seed in the other Conference, while you held down the No.#2 seed...

Same applies to the 2nd 'Best' set of partners, who will also qualify all 4 teams, & be awarded the No.#3
& the No.#4 seeds, ---alternating by Conference, ---again...

The 3rd 'Best' set of 'Partners' gets 2 teams (1 per owner) in the 5th seeded spots. & the 4th 'Best' set of
'Partners' gets 2 teams as the 6th seeds... The 5th 'Best' set of 'Partners' gets the 7th seeds, & ---finally,
the worst set of 'Partners' will be awarded the 8th seeds, in each Conference...

The regular season here, --- IS THE PLAYOFFS, ---that'll determine the seedings by points during it's play...
