Question: actual PA and IP or is it PA or IP/162?  It makes a big difference.

You are quite right. It is, as it was the first season, PA/162 and IP/162 that are limited to minimums of 100 and 60 and maximums of 500 and 220 respectively.

Quick clarification question for drafting - after game 110 can we go over the $70 million cap to bring up 1 to 4 AAA players or do they have to be equal/lesser value of the player(s) being sent down?  Thanks in advance.

Good question. Sorry not to have been clearer. The AAA players will function like "normal" AAA ers in that they do not count toward the $70 million cap when brought up. Their value is the usual 200K officially.
