Okay, the Chicago team has been drafted and is now awaiting the start of the 1998 season.  Anyone who wants to take it for free this season, on the condition that they come back for at least the 1999 season, is welcome to it.  

The team will be competitive this season: a 76M salary nicely spread out over 1329 innings and 6264 PA (we also have below average AAA).  To give you an idea of what the salary means, last season's World Series winner had a 72M salary.
