So if fans in NY booed a Kansas City player for not taking Mark Teixeira MLB would just chalk it up to spunky New Yorkers doing what they do best, but fans in KC boo a Yankee & we need to reevaluate the way an exhibition skills competition selection process is handled.

I don't wish ill will on people, but Jesus ******* Christ can Selig just die already so we can find a replacement!

FWIW, I don't think changes are coming because a Yankee was booed.    The A/S festivities are supposed to be, well, festive.   Note how the NFL, easily the best run pro sport, reacted when fans booed at their Pro Bowl.   Booing might be fun for some but it's not what leagues want at their skills showcase.
