We need a new owner for this single season progressive. In this league, we have two conferences like usual but here we draft and trade only with the conference. So for example, we can have one Phil Esposito in each conference.

Also, the conference WIS seasons are staggered by one season. This available team is entering the 76-77 season in the Wales.

We move ahead two seasons at a time. Wales is 76-77 this season, next season will be 78-79.
