there is nobody in the world that thinks Tony C, Mickey Stanley and Rudy May are equal for Hank Aaron. And **** you and your playoffs you little ****. You're a mediocre coach with a crap record and they only way you can win is by cheating.

hmmm...feels good don't it :)

Looking at my team career 215 seasons (I'd estimate 195 of those are progressives) - I make the playoffs 25% of the time - make the finals 50% of those - and win the Championship 67% of that -

I'd be curious in seeing other owners stats that play primarily progressive's

Yup...the schadenfreude alone may be more enjoyable than making the playoffs.

I literally just heard that word for the first time about 4 weeks ago from a German teacher....he said it doesn't translate well, it's far more sadistic than Merriam Webster's give it credit for.

I thought you would have known it. Grandma used to use it and Uncle Eddie used it from time to time... but I guess you were pretty young the last we spent any significant time with them.

I'm sure they didn't use that word enough when I was around for me to remember!

It's odd that schadenfreude is used in English, as there was an English word that meant the same thing - epicaracy.  Fell out of use in the 1800s, I believe.

Never a significant English word - it's in dictionaries from the 18th century, but not a single appearance in any known non-dictionary literature, correspondence, essays, etc.
