The Original 16 Progressive started in 1961 with the actual rosters of the 16 Original MLB teams. They stayed in their orginal homes (Braves in Boston, Dodgers in Brooklyn, Athletics in Philadelphia, etc.) and have not changed since then. We are now entering into the 1979 season and we need an owner for the Philadelphia Athletics. We set draft order based on final standings and the A's finished 1978 with a record of 76-86 sp they are drafting 5th for 1979. We use a two division alignment for the leagues so the A's are in the AL East with Boston, New York and Washington. Their roster is below:
