I'm looking to pick up a good D3 team in Warner or Heisman (signups are this week).  Any suggestions?  I'd prefer a team in good shape whose coach just jumped to D2.  I'd also take an average team that is in an active conference.

Get to DII as soon as you can in either of those worlds, I'm in 2 awesome conferences in both of them.  GSC in Warner and RMAC in Heisman.

Add #12, #21, and #22 to that list.. seems like a few of the coaches that were doing well decided to move up.

Did the RMAC disband?

SIAC in Heisman D2 is pretty good also...I just left KY Wesleyan behind, but someone took it over.  Other solid opportunities there with a good group of coaches.
