RE: Changing players' franchises
The player has to have >200 IP's with the franchise you are designated, When the season begins, you can do whatever you wnat with him.
We are not a progressive, you can use the player in any season you want that he played for that franchise.
You can keep that player in the same year for all 25 seasons if you want .
To change a player, you either need a franchise in rounds 14 to 25 that you can change himto
you are stuck with him and can unload him the next season,Each season, each owner, will have the option of trading 5 Players. There will be a 5 round random franchise draft at the beginning of each season.
My advice, pray,or rely on luck.

Two quick questions
1.Does the pitcher in Rnds 1-3 have to be > 200 IP in the year that you take them or can it be in another year that you hope to switch to?
2.Once you draft a player, what are your options for changing them in the future? Is it either that you can replace them later in the draft if you have a suitable team and, this being a progressive, that you can advance them one sim eligible year each season we play?
