It's not necessary the yardage, but the number of long plays.

The completion percentage is also too high. The 2 qb in my last game went a combined 40 completions in 45 attempt.

Completion % is too high, passes defended/int is too low. Need to amp up the DB's.

Just did a quick check of the game (57245) for Greenville and Worcester. 12 passes from SG (10 deep, 1 long, 1 med) all defended by Pass defense long cover -  dime. So even though Worcester made the right call the catches were made - tackles broken and TD's scored.

Now Greenville is a much better team on paper, but to suspect that a team could throw the right defense against the same offensive plays and give up over 100 points just shows that this part needs more work. Plus Worcester only defended 3 of the 68 passes. Seems way too low. Seems the QB-WR combo does need to get toned down and the DB's need more mojo.

More than out of hand.
I think passing is overpowered, but I don't think this series of games illustrates that at all.  Greenville is built to pass (no RBs) and none of the three teams has DBs that match up to the 4 WRs Greenville puts on the field or the subs that relieve them.

Oddly enough, it looks like Greenville has defended the pass quite well:
49-86 for 688 yards
10-40 for 137 yards
20-40 for 267 yards

The 688 yards looks like a lot.  But if you figure in the 18 sacks and the 4 INTs it took to make the yardage, it's not so impressive.

I agree 100% slider. I coach Pitt St. in Argento. Starting at the 2nd half of my previous game and going into half time of the next I finally spent some time trying to defend the pass. Last game I gave up 105 yds. passing in the 2nd half and 0 points to came from behind (35-21) and win 38-35. This game my opponent is 6/13 for 94 yards. I agree that passing is off, but I'm also starting to think it's not near as much off as most think/thought...
