Im up in the air on whether to sign my first round pick, #2, whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/ProspectProfile.aspx or take the pick next year.  Right now the team is doing much better than last year sitting with the 9th best record. The draft wasnt great this year, just taking thoughts?

18 y/o, 13 scouting.   Sign him.  He's a decent AA/AAA pitcher now.   No reason his control, splits and P1/P2 won't exceed 70.

He is solid.. I would imagine that he will easily exceed the 83 OVR that he is projected at..
