We are just finishing up a Wrigley Field (LA) Franchise challenge and now we are moving league to Coors Field.

Rules:
(1)  All teams play at Coors Field
(2)  You pick any one franchise you like.  Select entire team from your Franchise, years 1960-2013.
(3)  Salary cap is 140 million
(4)  Pitchers must have an ERA of 2.50 or greater and a WHIP of 1.10 or greater
(5)  yes to DH
(6)  no to waiver wire, AAA, Clones and trades
(7)  franchises are NOT exclusive but I do ask that you sign up here or sitemail me with your team request.  It is easier to control these leagues when they are private

Because Coors is Coors you are going to need extra innings pitched and at bats so take that into consideration.  I will sitemail league number as quickly as I can after you enter here

No, if someone wants to use one of the expansion teams they should still have plenty of depth to choose from.
