I would just like to see how much you change positioning based on your opponents, I have really on moveed from -2(take away inside) to +1 (take away perimeter)

I wanted to know if anyone moves farther out to the extremes +/- 4,5 ?

I'll use -4 or -5 for teams that shoot less than 10% of there shots from behind the arc.

same here TJ.   the only time i even vary that is if they still score most of their points from their guards and even then its a -3/-4..

trenton, even when they are shooting 40% of their shots from deep(although basically all  from just 1 player)

In man, I would go +2 and put my best guy on him. In zone I would play a 3-2 +1.

I've gone as low as 2-3 (-5) in the past and as high as 3-2 (+5) in the past, depending on what I want to take away from the opposition.

Keep in mind that if you pack it in, you could be prone to more defensive fouling.

The highest I'll ever go is +2. You can play a -4 or -5 but never set your initial plan to -4 or -5 if you play a press. It's just asking for foul trouble.
