1969 was a magical year in baseball history as the dawn of a new era was born in Kansas City, Montreal, San Diego, and Seattle.  What this massive expansion project meant was more playoff teams, so the Yankees had a slightly more difficult path to the World Series and they actually had to catch a flight to the West Coast.

Select a year between 1969-2014, and create your team from all the playoff teams from your exclusive year.  No duplicate teams allowed.

League won't start until 2014 players are released.

• $110 Million Cap
• NO:  AAA, Clones, Trades, Twisting, WW
• YES: Injuries, DH
• Stadium must have been used by one of your playoff teams.
• Division alignment by years.
• Standard 24 team league, with 3 division winners + 1 Wild Card team in each league.
• Any owner that wants to take 2 teams will definitely be split into separate leagues.

There was a players strike in the middle of the season and they decided to have two sets of playoff series.

Could I switch my year pick from 1999 to 1998? Thanks. I hope this league plays out.

Cool, i did not know that.  

This makes 1981 one of the better teams in this theme.
