why eat salad when you can eat meat...pre 1931 if a homerun went out fair, but landed foul...it was ruled foul...they say babe ruth lost about 70 homeruns off his career mark...in the MAJORS we LOVE BASEBALL

jackie robinson worked for the civil rights movement after baseball, yet campaigned for richard nixon when nixon ran against kennedy....recently released nixon tapes show him to be big time racist....kennedys civil rights bill was passed through after kennedy died by LBJ....

you may believe barry bonds holds the career mark for homers, you might think like me hank Aaron still holds the mark....the question is what lifetime baseball stat will never be broken...pete rose 4256 hits....cy youngs 511 wins...cal ripkens 2632 consecutive games....you know cal ripken played in a total of 3001 games over 21 seasons...in the same 21 seasons baltimore first baseman eddie murray played in 3026 games...so who is the iron man...to me its still lou gherig...back then they rode the bus, not first class.....another record that will never be broken is ty cobbs 367 lifetime avg, sure pete rose passed the georgia peach in hits..but rose's lifetime avg was a laughable 303...just kidding

I'll take the Reds if it's okay. Would love to come back and put Russ in his place for a few seasons. I see my Braves aren't doing well since I left. Anyway, took a couple of seasons off and am all refreshed now and decided this was the only place I wanted to play. See Ya Soon Russ!!

Our world is far less pointless than Russ's ramblings......It's actually fun to play against real life team names and not the Hartford Hamburgers or Omaha Steaks.

26 million hot dogs are sold at baseball games each season...at an avg of 4.50 per dog that comes out to about a trillion dollars.....BTW...THE NEW YORK METS HAVE THE HIGHEST PRICED HOT DOGS IN MLB AT 6.25...
