So i see a CF contact-100 power-0 VL-62 VR-91 eye-68   with 98 speed and 82 base running and is 90 ad 96 for glove and range.... his health a durability are fine....  Is he worth the big bucks?

If those numbers are realistic, he could be an elite defender who sets your world's record for stolen bases.

But how realistic are they? How much do you have budgeted for IFA scouting? What's his asking price?
