Arthur Morris - ineligible, no big deal. Lots of guys like that.

But since he is ineligible, he's had all his individual practice minutes (84) devoted to study hall... and yet I got the grades email today and he's in danger of getting (more?) Ineligible - highlighted as in danger with a 2.2 GPA.

Anyone seen someone stupider?

Nope.. I've never seen that happen. But I understand that the North Carolina academic advisor team is now available and looking for work

i had an ineligible with 90 minutes STILL not get a 2.0.......He's the only ineligible I ever had who left after 4 seasons beause his GPA was to low at the end.

I've actually had this happen on a fairly regular basis. Those guys usually ended up needing more SH minutes than normal the next season, but after that were pretty much just like anyone else.

I presently have a kid sitting out the year with 20 min in study hall, who popped a 3.4 GPA...

we've always been told that ineligibles don't practice and their practice plans don't matter, including SH. we all err on the side of caution and put it all into SH anyway (well, at least most of us do), but that's supposed to make zero difference.
