RULES:

1) Select a season from 1961 - 1984. Seasons are exclusive. All players on your team will be from your selected season.
2) You must roster the HR Leader from each league for your selected season. In the event of a tie (i.e. 1967 AL) you need only roster one of the leaders but you can roster both/all if you wish.
3) 100M salary cap, 16-team format.
4) NO = DH, Clones, AAA, WW, Trades.
5) NO partial seasons for the HR Leaders, other players you can use partial seasons.
6) Stadium = Atlanta Fulton County Stadium for all teams.
7) Random alignment.
