Would you consider doing the snake the way I have seen it in some baseball drafts:

Round 1 Regular order, 1st to 12th
Round 2 Reverse order, 12th to 1st
Round 3 Reverse order, 12th to 1st
Round 4 Regular order, 1st to 12th

Then repeat this 4-round cycle for the rest of the draft.

Essentially, it tries to smooth out the _definite_ advantage that picking first in rounds 1 and 3 has over picking first in rounds 2 and 4.

It might help encourage prospective owners who, right now, see that the first 2 picks on each side are already taken.

I call this modification the "Meta-Snake" draft methodology, and I see it as a definite improvement over traditional snake.

(This post assumes that you are running two drafts, one for each conference. I think it would be needlessly confusing to put both conferences in a 1-24 draft, when you are allowing 1 copy of each player-season per conference.)

(Additionally, a pair of 12-team drafts will be completed more quickly than a single-24-team draft.)

I don't know if the Uno draft is good...someone picks 12th in the 1st round, and then moves up to 11th pick in the 2nd round?  They have to wait until the 12 round to pick first in a round?

I enjoy drafting, but I will wait until you confirm what the overall draft structure is before committing.  League has a lot of potential, though.  I love the concept!
