It is Season 6 of the 2+ 2 league.  The 69 Twins just won season 5. You take any team from 1940-2014 that did not make series.You may add 2 pitchers and 2 hitters from the same year to bolster your team. The cap is 90 million. Divisions will be aligned randomly after rosters are checked. Owners may have 2 teams in different leagues. There will be no trades, no ww, no dh, no aa prospects and no clones. You must play in your team's park. Your team is exclusive to you. Also your year is exclusive to you. Sixteen teams enter. Only one gets the elusive ring.

Well, the 71 A's did very well, so I am tempted to take them again, but I will switch gears and go with the 1946 Tigers.

So, if I understand the new rule correctly, 1946 and 1964 are now entirely off the board, correct?

I just wanted world series teams to be excluded.  It keeps teams like 61 Yanks and 69 Orioles out of mix.  Sorry.  (Also, Braves already won this league in prior season.)
Teams can only win once in theme.
